Information We Collect
When you book, stay or play with us we collect what's needed to look after you: name, contact details, booking history, dietary or accessibility needs you share, and payment details processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers).
If you use the casino floor, ID verification details are recorded as required by Queensland gaming law. CCTV operates in public areas for guest safety.
How We Use It
We use your information to run your booking, contact you about your stay, meet our legal obligations as a licensed venue, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional offers. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Who We Share It With
Only the services that make your stay work: our payment processor, booking systems, and regulators when the law requires it. Every supplier we use is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
