Fine Dining Reservations at The Gilded Fork
Five courses, Queensland produce, a cellar worth exploring — dinner that becomes the reason you stayed.
The Restaurant Locals Book Weeks Ahead
The Gilded Fork is our flag in the ground: a proper fine dining room that happens to sit inside a hotel. Elena Voss runs the kitchen and changes the tasting menu with the markets — literally weekly.
The room seats 44. Dinner runs Wednesday to Sunday, 6 pm to 11 pm, with a chef's table for six if you want to watch the kitchen work. Wine pairing is mostly Australian, occasionally French, never boring.

How a Reservation Works
From enquiry to dessert — the simple version.
Send your date
Contact form or call reception — tell us the date, headcount and any dietary needs.
We confirm the table
Same-day confirmation. Friday and Saturday books out 2–3 weeks ahead, fair warning.
Mention the occasion
Birthday or anniversary? Tell us — Elena's team quietly adjusts the dessert course.
Arrive from 6 pm
Start with a drink at The Emerald Bar if you're early — we'll walk you through.
The menu runs
Courses arrive paced to your table, not the kitchen's convenience. Two to three hours, roughly.
Finish slow
Petit fours and coffee — or port from the cellar if you're making a night of it.
